- Fragrant plants removed from original packaging
- Fruit trees & plants showing signs of improper care after delivery
- Any plant that has been planted or repotted
5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
