Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch
We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.
Our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our eucalyptus trees, Japanese maples, houseplants, and all our greenery. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Plant arrived damaged, diseased, or significantly different from ordered
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for perishable items
- Plant must be in original condition (photos may be required)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Fragrant plants removed from original packaging
- Fruit trees & plants showing signs of improper care after delivery
- Any plant that has been planted or repotted since delivery
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and photos
- Approval: Our plant specialists review within 2 business days
- Return Shipping: If approved, we provide a return label (cost deducted from refund for non-quality issues)
- Inspection: At our Seattle nursery within 3 business days of receipt
- Resolution: Choose from:
- Replacement of same plant (subject to availability)
- Store credit for magnolias, hedges, or other plants
- Refund to original payment method
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Requests
Want to exchange your Japanese maple for a different variety? Prefer another fragrant plant? We’re happy to help!
- Follows same process as returns
- Price differences will be charged/refunded
- Subject to availability in our premium collection
- Customer responsible for return shipping unless exchange is due to our error
